K1 I-129f RFE - IF YOU GOT WHEN TELL US WHY?
Hello group! For those who know me you know that my NOA1 is Dec 16th, 2002 NSC, and that like many of you I will still waiting. In reading the threads I have been noticing a lot of RFE's and a lot of people asking questions on filling out forms, etc.
If you have received an RFE please help those filling out forms and knowing what info they want from you, so that new people can make sure that they add that stuff.
It seems common that all the people recieving RFE's are upset, (Rightfully so), and put the full blame on the inspectors. Some are riduclous as the had everything, (Plane tickets, passport stamps, photos, etc.), but I have seen some RFE's because there were no photos or real proof of relationship. I have seen several people ask the age old question, "What do I need for proof of relationship". If you were approved share with the group as to how you compiled your I-129f packet. If you recieved an RFE, what would you have done differnt. If you were denied, why? I have yet to see anyone that was flat out denied. Any out there?
Also, as I ramble on here... Thanks for everyone who updated the last K1 NSC roll call. I now officialy feel like I am in the middle. Many people still from November and startingt to see a lot more Jan, Feb and even March NOA1's. I remember when I saw a lot of Aug, Sept on Oct. Proof that time is moving on and the scale is leaning towards approvals.
