K1 help

Hi all
I want to apply k1 visa for my fiancee....I met her in India. I would like to know if
I have to send copy of her passport with I-129F. The problem is that she dont have a
passport right now and it would take some time before she gets it. I would like to
know if I should wait till she gets the passport and then send the I-129F alongwith
her passport copy or I can send I-129F (i have everything else that seems to be
required) without it and while the application gets approved, she can get her
passport made.
All replies would be appreciated

A copy of her passport is not required. Alvena
