Carry it. You dont have an option but to have it on you when you go through POE.

Agreed. Carry it by hand if you have to. When I came out on my K1 I used every bit of luggage allowance I could. I entered through Philadelphia and then got an internal flight after going through immigration. I had to stumble across Philly airport with 3 suitcases, 2 backpacks, and the giant envelope. It was rather "fun."

You don't know your'e born today. In my day (2004) you had to carry a 2 ft cardboard tube with your chest x-ray in it, as well. I believe that is on a cd these days.

Carry your envelope like a badge of hono(u)r

No, you didn't have to. Unless you had a lung condition for which the x-ray would have been useful for future medical purposes, in which case you could have mailed it to yourself.

I disagree. It was required to be carried. (Maybe not by law, but by explicit instruction).

Put it in a thick carrier bag, a bag for life should do the trick (that's what I'm doing lol)

Me too - I treat it like it was the Crown Jewels, get the biggest carry on that you are allowed and it will fit! - I had carry on a big handbag and 3 suitcases
