Hi, I'm looking into bringing my fiance over from australia on a K1
visa and was wondering where to get the photos taken that are
required. They're different from regular passport pictures, do they
have to be taken somewhere special because of the specifications and
because they're not straight on and all that? I was also wondering if
anybody could tell me from personal experience how long it takes to
get a K1 visa processed through the Nebraska center. I'd really like a
ball park figure. Also, is it worth paying somebody to help me with
this? I don't honestly know how hard it is to get approved if I do all
the work on my own. All the lawyers of course give huge failure rates
if you don't use them and I don't know if it's true or not or if
they're just trying to drum up business. And I didn't know if a lawyer
or other help would truly speed things up. Any help or info from
people with personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Please
email me at [email protected] as I don't get to check the
newsgroup too often. This is all so complicated! Thanks so much!
