K1 EAD Rollcall thread
 
I know there are a few of us waiting for K1 EAD's

My Notice of action was october 23 and my biometrics was november 8th.

You are wasting your time and money!! I too applied for the K1 EAD
(three months ago) and it's still being processed by CSC.
Unfortunately, the EAD (as I've been told) expires 90 days after you
enter the country. Given that it takes 90+ days to get the stupid
card (which by the way must be filed with the Service Center and not
District Office), you will essentially not benefit one bit from it.
Instead, rush to your local county clerk's office, get married, and
send in your AOS papers (if you really need to work sooner than
later).

There is no cost to apply for the temporary 90 day EAD. Understand your frustration with the stupid "can take up to 90 days to process" rule, though.

mmm, I am married and I am waiting for my 1 year card, not the temporary 90 EAD.

My NOA is also October 23rd.
Biometrics November 29th.
