Default K1 (CSC) - when can we officially inquire?

Well.. They said 150-180 days to process..

180 days would have been April 18 (NOA1 October 21, 2003). They sent us an
RFE April 6.

They've had the RFE reply sitting on their desk(s) since May 12, no action.

If I count from our NOA1 date, that's 235 days... Is that 30 business days
past their 180 day guideline? Or is there no such thing as a pseudo-deadline
after an RFE?

When can we offically/acceptably launch an investigation?

It's just so frustrating to sit here and wait... Especially when other RFEs
are getting approved in 3-4 days..
