K1--attending school pending AOS

Can I attend school while i wait for my AOS interview (adjusting from a
k-1). I will have a valid EAD--i can work but can i go to school

Yes. It's less likely that you will qualify for in-state tuition rates but
you might.

You should be able to. The crux of the issue will probably be whether
they will allow you to attend at resident tuition rates, or will require
increased tuition. Only the school you plan to attend can answer that
question.
