K1 AOS questions
We are filing AOS for my wife, who arrived here on a K1 fiancee visa. Is it required to file for her K2 children at the same time? Or is it possible to wait and file theirs later? (it's a matter of money at this point).
Also, I have seen several conflicting posts regarding the I-693
vaccination supplement. Some people have said it is necessary at the time you file for AOS, other have said that you only need to make sure you have it before the AOS interview. Which is correct?
