K1 AOS

Hi guys,

Just a quick question regarding my AOS. I am currently in the U.S. and have gotten married and am currently getting together all my paperwork for the Adjustment of Status.

My question is when filling out the forms should I put my US citizen wife's maiden name we put on I-129F, K1 visa etc, or her new married name which is on her new Social Security card, I.D. etc etc, especially with regards to the Affadavit of Support form....

I would put her current name. :)

I put my married name...green card then comes in correct name

The wife is the USC in the OP's case.

Andy, your USC wife can use her new married name on all the AOS forms.
