Apparently, Paul got his approval today or something of the sort. I dunno, his
reciept date was May 15 (I think, he'll have to post for clarification) and ours is
May 20. So, with that in mind, you may have a month or two still ahead of you.

P.S. Paul - would really like to hear more on your K-3 approval from MSC...I posted a
reply earlier, but it got buried fast, LOL. Our recv'd date is 20th/May, five
days from yours, hoping for the best.

I'm hoping mine will be done soon.....My 2nd NOA was the 26th of April. (MSC) I
called the National Service Center and they said mine should be done anytime now.
(not that the national service center knows much about MSC anyways - but I'll take
what I can get)

Perhaps you should start writing a novel. My reciept is from May 15 and still NADA!
On June 1 they processed April 15, on August 1 they had gotten to May 1. Sorry to
sound sarcastic, it is not directed at you, just at the process.

If you are referring to me??? I was told I was approved on Friday, well she said,
"you were approved on the 9th" but hey I'm still waiting for 2nd NOA so I'll believe
it when I see! I am excited but don't want to get my hopes up. Then again maybe you
are talking about a different Paul so sorry if I am wrong.

Wife Not Here

According to the MSC phone line, my 129F was approved yesterday. Kind of irrelevant
as my I-130 was approved sooner, so I will probably have her enter with an immigrant
visa instead of the k3 (and skip the aos pains).

The only message I have ever received through this service is number not found. I saw
on another post two other people posted their number so I called to see what they
say. it said the same thing. So I am curious what your recording was, or if it isn't
a big deal may I ask your number to call to see if it is something else. I assume
when you call this number you are to start with 673......(MSC). My number is

Paul... are you calling the right number? I heard that your notice has been approved on August 9th. The main MSC number is 1-816-251-1824. Hit 1 for english, then 1 again. After that, enter your case number.

Yes, I am so frustrated. I even called my sister in TX to try from there. We both get
the same answer. I'd post it but I don't know if you could DL it of listen to it on
your pc. So it says, "the number you entered xxxxx cannot be found" I am so annoyed!

Paul when you received your first NOA from CSC what did it say. How many days did it
say it would take. I I-130 NOA was dated 5/3/02 so if you did on 4/24/02 then there
hope that my aprroval might be coming soon also.

My first and only NOA was from NSC. I haven't heard anything about my I-130. It was
my I-129F from MSC that actually was approved (as of the 9th). The date of my first
NOA was 05-01-02, and even though I never received the NOA from Chicago it is
supposed to be dated 05-15-02. I think I've been reading that CSC was relatively
fast, so you should be soon.
