Default k-3 visa timeline for cuban spouse

Hi I was wondering if anyone is in the process or has brought their cuban spouse
with a K-3 visa. I have rec. my 1st NOA and wanted to know when should I expect
the approval.

Thanks Nelva

It seem to take about a 4 - 6 weeks to get NOA #2 from getting NOA #1 for the K3 visa
from all the people I've talk to.

Here's my current time line:

Hello,

I would be also very interested in knowing howl ong the affidavit of support is good
for. Should my wife (USC) send me her affidavit of support + documents (employer
letter + pay stubs) as soon as she receives the 2nd NOA for the I-129F ?

Many thanks. Scott

I heard the Affidavit of Support is good for 1 year since all the supporting evidence
you give is the past years records, etc. you know what I mean? I would wait until you
get Packet 3, then send everything together.
