K-3 Questions Answered. Sort of.
The USCIS Ombudsman has finally received answers from DHS to the questions collected from users in a January teleconference.
They are, unfortunately, not very illuminating.
If you've been wondering about your K-3 situation and what will happen, you may be interested in the following:

The most stirring quote? It must be "Because processing times vary, USCIS cannot unequivocally state that it is beneficial to file an I-129F."
One thing not often discussed is the refunding of fees. There is a little Q&A session posted on that topic at the same page, titled USCIS Refunds: How is the Process Working for You?.
