Default K-3 Processing: Chronological?

I've noticed a few people, like osaeed, being approved lately by MSC. Now, question:
Are cases processed bu chronological order, surnames or country? Or is it a
combination of all three (i.e. by date, then by surname, then by country, or vice
versa)? If so, some people's timelines stated MSC recv'd thier application after ones
such as ours (May 20, 2002) and they've gotten approved recently, however the phone
system was never updated and they just recieved thier 2nd NOA in the mail. If this is
true, then something's def. going on here. Then again, I may just be looking down a
blind alley here. MSC is very backlogged as I hear it, while most of the other SC's
are almost up-to-date on K-3's.

Our timeline:

May 14: Chicago sends first NOA May 20: MSC recieves application (found out by
automated phone system)

Still waiting, waiting

One thing to clarify: MSC is the only Service center to processs K3. You cannot
predict when your case will be approved. The most recent update says that k3 after
June 1 filing date will take 60 days to process. Someone post the message here says
that MSC will redirect resources to process K3 since K3 is really backlog. I would
think you can ask your congressmen to inquery the case. The fact that many
congressmen inquery the cases will push MSC speed up the process. I file K3 on June
14 and wait to ask congressman later.

It seems to be not what you know but who. I contacted my congressman and they told me
it hasn't been assigned yet. (great thanks for telling me)
