Did anyone filled I-129F (K-3) with Chicago lately? I have filled for K-3 since June 12, I am yet to receive the 1st NOA, Is there any one with such an experience and what did you do. I am little anxious. Please help

I filed in June and got my first NOA in 8 or 9 days. I mailed mine 6/16/2003.

It may take longer if something was wrong with the forms and they are sending the petition back to you. I had a problem with my payment the first time I sent it and that took a while longer for them to get back to me.

Did it have tracking on it so you at least know if they got it?

i just sent out 129f/k3 june 27th and i saw that they deposited my check yesterday july 2nd using banking online. i assume i should get my noa1 soon.

do you know if they took your payment already?

My check was cashed June 16, but no NOA since then

You had better give them a call. We mailed ours (regular mail) on a Tuesday
and received our NOA 7 days later.
