K-3 For Chris
 

I need some answers. I have a K-3 visa now and I am working on getting a
Work Authorization, so I can work in the US. The problem I have is that my
wife and I are separating and of course the second part of the K-3 is
permanent residence card. I am lucky in the way that my job that I have I
can go the Employment way for permanent residence.My Question is, should I
go Spousal or Employment for the permanent resident card, what should I do?
