K-3 approved,..!!!
My k3 was approved june 7,.. and my receipt was dated Feb.5,2004,.. 126 days
total,..? (no RFE for us,..)
the online case status thing has never updated this info,..and I just
recieved the letter 5 minutes ago,..june 12,..
I hope this info helps someone somewhere,..
I agree the process is slow as hell,.. BUT,.. it is working,.. and probably
seems even slower because for all us us,..
it is SOOO important,.. our entire lives are on hold waiting.. and
waiting,.. and waiting,..
I visited my wife in Romania again for 3 weeks because I was SOOO tired of
waiting,..
and they have slowed even more,..(moved 2 days in 2 weeks,..)
NOW,..it is beer time here,.. AND there also,.. (smile)

Let me make a correction, your I-129 petition was approved, not the K3.. the K3 will be hopefully issued at the US embassy in Bucharest

Awesome..... Good luck on the K3 visa. My I-129F was approved on May
28 and the NVC received it on June 10. Hopefully it will take only 2
to 4 weeks from June 10 for NVC to do the security check on my wife.
Anway,I am going to India on July 30 and returning on August
23,hopefully my wife's K3 visa will be approved by then.
