K-3 AOS Question (Another medical?!?)

Hey guys,
I'm about to go and queue up at my local BCIS office next Tuesday (4am, hurrah) and I want to make certain that my beautiful wife and I don't have to do it twice.
I had a full medical in London and the immigration.gov webpage seems to suggest that I need another - but I would imagine it's safe to assume that I don't need another one? But as we all know, it's never safe to assume anything. So, can I just ignore that form as part of my AOS package? Do I need to present some kind of evidence, or will they accept that because I have a K-3, I must have passed a medical?
Thanks!
