K-3 and advanced parole
Hi all,
My wife came here on a K-3 visa with a two year stamp and it shows multiple
entries. I have read AND been told by the BCIS and three lawyers different
things. The question is does she need an advanced parole ( I-131 ) or does
the K-3 with M stamp surfice ? We have applied for her I-485.
Anyone with experience would be appreciated. You can post or email me direct
Thanks in advance........Ron

No AP needed. The K-3 visa does indeed allow multiple entries.
