June 13, 2014 - I-129F petition pack set to Lewisville, TX via USPS Express Mail - signature required
June 16, 2014 - I-129F petition pack received by USCIS signed K COLTRAIN, Lewisville TX via USPS Express Mail
June 19, 2014 - NOA1 received via e-Mail & Text
June 20, 2014 - Alien Registration Number changed, placed in Initial Review
June 23, 2014 - I-797 (NOA1) Received in mail

Thought I'd start my Timeline.

26th March 2014 - Finally post I-29F Petition pack to Texas. Luckily noticed before sealing envelope that OH hadn't signed the cheque! Oops.

31st March 2014 - I-29F petition received by USCIS in Texas.

4th April 2014 - E-mail confirming case has been accepted.

10th April 2014 - I797received in mail

11th April 2014 - Online case status at Initial Review Stage, and "your Alien Registration Number was changed".

16th May 2014 - RFE Requesting proof that we have met in the last two years.

21st June 2014 - Arrived for a 2 week visit, entered via Newark and cleared immigration with no problems.

23rd June 2014 - Posted response to RFE, having gathered a multitude of documents, receipts, more photo's and a 1 page statement........and now we wait.

24th June 2014 - RFE response received at CSC at 10.44am

24th June 2014 - E-mail from USCIS changing to status to Request for Evidence Response Review at 10.45pm

27th June 2014 - late night e-mail received to say

"On June 27, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)."

7th Jan 2014 - I-129F petition pack sent.

8th Jan 2014 - I-129F petition pack delivered to Dallas USCIS, .

10th Jan 2014 - Emailed acceptance of petition by USCIS. Form I-797 to follow in mail.

23rd April - I-797 arrived in mail

10th May - Letter arrived from embassy Immigrant Visa Branch with LND case number and interview checklist

26th May 2014 - DS-160 Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application submitted

11th June - Medical booked on telephone

12th June - Notification of Applicant's Readiness online form submitted

20th June - Attended medical at Knightsbridge Doctors, Bentinck Street, London.

Now the wait for interview………!

8th Jan 2014 - I-129F petition pack delivered to Dallas USCIS, .

10th Jan 2014 - Emailed acceptance of petition by USCIS. Form I-797 to follow in mail.

23rd April - I-797 arrived in mail

20th June - Attended medical at Knightsbridge Doctors, Bentinck Street, London.

9th July - Interview date letter arrived for 29th July (but must re-book interview for August as I am working in USA at end of July when interview date was issued even though the dates were put on my DS-160 form as requested!!!!).

9th July - Letter sent to US Embassy stating need for interview date change
