I'm a naturalized citizen who has filed the K-1 visa for my fiance
almost 4 months ago at CSC. Now, my fiance has got a chance to come to
the US. Is it ok if he tries to come that way, since INS is taking
such a long time to process our application. Would he face any trouble
if he applies for a tourist visa? We are also thinking about doing
DCF. Since my fiance lives in a country where i'm not sure if DCF is
done, we both can meet up in London, since he already has a very good
chance of going there too. But we are not sure if UK does allow DCF
for a non-resident. Can anyone pl help me to find some answers. Thanks
in advance.

UK does not do DCF for non-residents. What country does your fiance live in?
