K-1 Rej., K-3 Interview (Help!)
My wife's interview is next month in delhi.
Does anyone have Idea of the questions they might ask in the Interview?
how should we be prepared for the interview.
I am USC and I won't be with her for the Interview. would that matter?
I applied for fiance visa earlier which was rejected in feb
so we got married right there in India and applied for k-3 visa in delhi
consulate.
we are very very nervous cause of previous rejection experience.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

make sure u have all ur documents ready and evidence of marriage...

Take the trouble to do a 'search' on this newsgroup, use search words
like India, Mumbai, Delhi and sort by latest date first.
God helps those who help themselves.. :-))

PS: Read the posts, whether they are for K1 or K3.. the documentation
requirements are just as rigid (especially the backup documentation to
prove the marriage is not fraudulent just to get the Indian citizen a
USA visa.
