K-1/K-2 & removal of conditions

Hi all,

When a K-1 enters the USA with her K-2 child, and they AOS in the USA before the 2nd wedding anniversary, does the child also receive a conditional GC?

If so, are the conditions removed along with mom's, and does the child get a new 10-year GC also?

Thanks,
Rene

Thank you JEff. Does a separate I-751 need to be filed for the child, or is it included in mom's application?

R,

No separate application for the child, their conditions are removed as a consequence of mom's being removed.
