k-1 and divorce
I am getting a divorce. My husband is returning to Canada. He entered here with a K-1
visa in November '01. Do I need to file a copy of the divorce (pending) paperwork
(and/or final divorce papers when issued) with the INS? Is there a particular form to
use? Thank you in advance for your help. Unfortunately these things happen sometimes,
and I'm very saddened by this turn of events. Robin
