Took this from somewhere a little while back and adapted it a little, but want to check the following cover letter is suitable for AOS from K-1 and to check the contents are all there. Iam awaiting translation of vaccines from doctor before I can send it, but do you see anything Missing?

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.

There are a number of things I would change (but I only took a quick glance at your list) but for starters, the immigrant is filing applications for permanent resident status, advance parole and employment authorization.

Oh, and I would list the alien registration number after the applicant's name.

Edit: Before I list what they will find with the submission, I usually put in a short paragraph outlining the relevant facts.
[The applicant entered with X type of visa. The applicant and the U.S. citizen spouse married on X date in X city. Anything else that is relevant or any unusual situation that I want them to note. That sort of thing].

i didnt include a cover letter. I just paperclipped a contents page clearly listing the documents for each application to the front of each form.

Saying that, it looks good, include the alien registration number though.
