Just got wife's 485 packet returned
Just got the mail,
The INS returned my wife's entire packet today! Memphis has changed their mind and
now they want the medical done before they start processing the forms, plus they want
here to redo her I-485 cause of where it says "Social Security Number" she didn't
write in the word "None".
Sheesh.
First they say they want the Medicals done the week of the interview. Now they want
the medicals done before they even review the case and they want the 485 redone.
Wonderful. This is going to be a lot to get done in a short time.

You sure it has to be "redone" or just the word "none" entered? If she was a K-1'er, did she not get a social security card?
As for the medical, perhaps they are speeding things up and if the interview will be within 12 months, it is necessary to include the medical with the original filing.

Of course if she needs a medical she is not a K-1 recipient. Stratch the first paragraph.
