join tax return & co-sponsorship
Hi All,
My fiance got a situation. He's considering having his parents signing
the I-134 as co-sponsor(s). They have a join tax return. Does that
mean that both of them have to sign the form (without any other
options)?
Any infos will be helpful.
Thanks,
Yanne

Hi Yanne,
As far as I know, your fiance and the co-sponsor(s) have to fill and sign
affidavit of support for each of them.
Hope this info will help.
