Got my NOA 2 on November 5 from NSC on a 129-F.
Nebraska told me at the time that they would express mail the material directly to Guangzhou and that it did not need to go to the NVC.
Now Guangzhou, of course, says "We've never seen it, contact Nebraska."
I've read enough to know that GZ typically takes 3-5 months just to find the case once it arrives in their mailroom. My question is: is there any way I can verify that it actually left Nebraska and did NOT go to NVC where it might also sit for awhile?
Is there any way to get Guangzhou to look a little harder? Their standard response is "We did not receive it." but all us old China hands knows that is not usually the truth. What they mean, apparently, is "We are not aware that we received it."
I told myself to wait two months after NOA 2 before I would get frustrated again. Two months is up tomorrow.

Man, I really do feel for you. It's bad enough waiting for INS in the US, but you must be going nuts waiting at the other end too. I'm sorry I don't have any advice for you, but I admire your patience thus far. I'd be crawling the walls.
I sincerely hope everything speeds up for you.
