£213 is the visa interview fee it used to be in two parts (part for the interview and part for the visa issuance) but now it is one fee of $335. The current exchange rate is 1.57 making 335 dollars = 213 pounds. The other cost you would incur on the day is £125 for the medical (plus any jabs)
