Hi all,

I keep up late many nights reading all of your posts and I have learned quite a
bit... thanks! My fiance is scheduled to have her interview May 29th. I have
complete confidence that everything will go well. I do have one question for you
all. We bought plane tickets already for one way plane ride on June 27. Was that
wize??? Do people fail to get a Visa at the interview after completing and supplying
evidense thus far?

Also, what are the chances of getting a work permit stamp upon POE at Chicago O'hare?

Hi there
You should be ok with the ticket purchase as long as you have everything in order and have followed the instructions.

As for the work stamp at the port of entry i didnt get one when i went through chicago last year in october.

Hey Tim my fiance is flying in on the 14th of May to Chicago When I find out what
happens I'll let you know I think you should be ok but we waited to get tickets
just in case..

They don`t care about the the tickets, we bought mine after the interview, and at the airport no one looked at the ticket. It is up to you, what kind of ticket to get.
No chance of getting get a work permit stamp at O`Hara, Chicago but no harm to ask. Some of the officers there are very nice.
