Interview letter?

Interview letter?
I have followed the instructions on the US embassy's website and have scheduled the interviews for my husband and 2 children. Now I have read that they need a letter from the US embassy inviting them for an interview. How do you get a letter? I have done all the steps I thought was needed and have even scheduled the medical without this letter. How have I missed this?

You don't need the letter for the medical. You need your police certificate though.
