Default Interim EAD - Cincinnati Differnet Local Center?

Hi:

Has anybody obtained Interim EAD at Cincinnati office when I-140,
I-485 and I-765 are pending at the Nebraska Service Center for more
than 90 days?

I know some local centers are issuing it the same day, some are saying
NOT AT ALL if I-140 is NOT approved and some are taking 30 days for
the Interim EAD. I have not heard any experience about the Cincinnati
office so wanted to see whats their policy on that. Also, since some
local centers are issuing it on the same day, can I being a resident
of Cincinnati allowed to travel to another local office which are
doing it for sure and get it from there?

Thanks

Hi,
I don't have an experience with Cincinnati office, I filed my AOS in Denver (and my documents were forwarded to Missouri center). I got my interim EAD in the local office a month ago and is good only for 90 days.

As far as I know, you cannot go to a random USCIS local office based on their processing times. You have to go to the office that has a jurisdiction over the area where you live.
