Interesting case on Fraud Marriages
I don't give advice here. And there are those [you know who they are] who are very opinionated on things they really don't know about. This case came out today: Vasquez v Holder. I have a feeling that this one was not a DIY -- but rather an FUBAR which the lawyer was able to untangle. It is interesting that the court took a long time to untangle this -- case filed in 2005, "submitted" in 2009, and opinion in 2010.

Re: Interesting case on Fraud Marriages
27 pages are long especially when laden with immigration jargon, these are not pages of a racy novel filled with romance, fast cars and wild sex.
As Ian pointed out, check your browser, the new ones are problematic. The pages open with Google chrome in seconds.
Further Edit: Also reading this could be a challenge when English is not your first language. But continuous reading of such matter will supercharge your English and make your hot ESL teacher smile.

Milan:
Its in your best interest to put all effort and read these novel publications. After all you want to become a DAO someday. Do not read too much and become a DAO from hell (very rare and despised by all)
Become a good IO, read less and approve more. Approve cases faster than they are alloted.
Future DAO Milan K: Strengthening immigrants one at a time!
