Default ins sent back my AOS package-please help!

I applied for AOS, EAD and AP all at once by post to San Jose,
California INS office about 3 weeks ago. Yesterday, the whole package
came back. It says it was rejected for these reasons:

1. Filing fee - $255
2. Incorrect amount submitted. Please resubmit with the correct fee of
$485
3. Others - $20.00 (Work authorization card), $110 (Travel document)
Other reasons :
a. Marriage certificate
b. F-797 (I-129F) Approval letter
c. Form G-325A From petitioner
-----------------------------------------------------
My questions are:

1. I had submitted cheques (my husband issued them) for $255(AOS),
$120(EAD), $110(AP) and $50(Fingerprinting). All cheques came back
EXCEPT the $110 cheque.
2. I had submitted the marriage certificate(photostat copy), I-129F
approval letter photostat copy, and my G-325A forms. All these came
back too.

What do I do? Does my husband cancell the $110 cheque and issue
another one OR I send a letter stating that we had submitted the $110
cheque (stating the date issued and cheque number). Why do they say
they want $485 - is this the total amount wanted by them or I need to
cancel all the separate cheques and send just ONE cheque of $485?

Why was my marriage certificate copy, I-129F approval copy and G-325A
form returned with the package and they (INS) ask for it in the
covering note of the package?

For vaccination suplement(AOS), I had submitted vaccination record
copy given to me by the doctor before my k-1 interview in my native
country. Do I need to get new vaccinations for AOS application?

$485 is for the full amount with fingerprinting fee. If they did not return the A/P petition to you then you should not have to pay $485 but one check for $375. If the A/P was returned, yes cancel the check immediately. I would suggest, however, since San Jose are being a$$es about it, to go in person, talk to someone before writing the check and then drop it in their drop box outside.

Sorry that this has occurred to you.

My husband and I use the San Jose Office in California. We were told NOT to
send in the fingerprinting fee or the whole application would be rejected
and sent back to us. There is fine print on the forms which state not to
send in the fingerprinting fee.
You just send it back without the fingerprint fee, as noted by Rete...

CORRECTION: THAT IS THE FULL AMOUNT "WITHOUT" THE FINGERPRINTING FEE

??????

Why are you asking her this question? She is talking about AOS here in the States. Not about the I-129F

We know you are anxious about when you can expect yours, but please try to stay on the subject being posted by the OP please.

I noticed that on the letter you received from INS, under #3 they
state Others - $20.00 (Work authorization card).

There is a $100 difference there.
