My apologies if this is repetitive.

I know that the INS will be fundamentally restructured due to the new
homeland security laws. What I have been unable to get information on is
what exactly the nature of these changes will be. Could someone please
clarify what these changes will be, and what the effect of these changes
will be on current applications? Are there websites or other sources of
information that someone could point me to?

I have my AOS application pending with the INS. It's only been 3 months, so
there is a long way to go. How will this be affected?
