INS Marriage and Sex

I need something to tell my buddies. Bunch of guys around 40.
They see these offers of marriage from gorgeous women
who are early 20's.
I tell them, yeah, 11 months and she'll get the word from a
lawyer that she doesn't need you anymore. Then it's good bye.
But the guys reply there will be super sex for 11 months with
a totally hot young body. It's worth it.
I have heard somewhere that some unethical INS lawyers tell
the girls that they need to have sex once a month to make
the marriage look "real". Doesn't have to be good sex, just
sex. This is just in case the man files for divorce on the
grounds of "lack of sex".
By the way, I live in California, a no fault divorce state.
So I'm wondering where that lawyers' advice of "once a month"
originated or does what happens in the bedroom have any bearing
whatsoever with the INS process?
Also, what do I tell the guys? Yup, you're right. 11 months of
super sex with hot babes compliments of the boneheads running the
INS? Or what?

INS can't ask anything about your sex life, by law. Those lawyers are full
of shit.
There is the requirement that the marriage be consummated but I'd like to
see them prove that one.

Interesting, so there is a requirement like that? But the INS has a don't
ask don't tell policy.
PS, by the way...
Actually, what I tell the boys is that the smart way to play is not to
marry a woman from out of the country, but to invite her over on a
6 month VISA. The girls you meet these days in the immigrant community
you'll notice usually have a "daddy" or "uncle" who came to the
United States 20 years ago and left them behind. He bangs a young
22 year old body. And she then looks for somebody to marry in the US.
Daddy/uncle pays for room/board for 6 months and plane ticket.
That's why I always tell my guy friends. If she doesn't want to kiss
you, don't take her out on a second date. Because she's just using
you as a ride to parties and events where she can meet a husband.
And never ever believe the 50 year old guy she's rooming with is her
Daddy, unless you see the results of the DNA test.
PS2
The really nice variation on this theme, for the extremely smart man,
not just your average cad, is the "house in California" waiting for you.
Guy invites girl to his "house" on a 6 month VISA. First and last month
rent is paid. After that, it's goodbye Charlie.

Yes, if you read the instructions on the i-130 form it does list
consummation of the marriage as one of the requirements.
