Hi everyone,
My visa's application has recently been aproved by the INS, however I must
go at the
US Embassy of my country to pick up the visa.
Does having an aproval notice mean that I'll get my visa for sure? any
other options?
Thanks guys for sharing your knowledge,
SA

In practical terms, probably yes. In theory, the visa can still get denied
based on a variety of factors. For instance, it can get denied of you have
a criminal history, previously overstayed a visa, or have some other
problem that would make you inadmissible.
