yeah even the IJ is tired of waiting for the CIS to make a conclusion on my file. Every 4 months he continues the case with another master hearing date.I would think that its becoming more and more likely, that its lost, or as we said sitting on someone desk.

I don't know if you know his case but his wife, well ex-wife wrote a letter that he just married her for GC etc... so that's why its taking so long for him. I guess they investigate it.
