i heard that the embassy in india currently is not issuing fiancee
visas. is this true? my fiancee has an interview on october 22. if
it is true that they aren't currently issuing visas, then what will
happen after his interview?

- New Delhi, Mumbai(Bombay), or Chennai(Madras)

Are you saying that you've heard that fiance visa interviews are being conducted, but if apprroved, no visas are being issued?
