Incomplete Vacinations I-485 filing

Is it possible to apply for the I-485 while the Vacination supplement
is still incomplete? (due to insufficient time interval)Or is it
likely to be returned for this reason? We intend to submit a completed
supplement at the time of the AOS interview. Thanks for the feedback

You are fine to submit. You will be asked to present docmentation that you have finished all missing vaccines at the time of the interview.
