I am posting here to find out something for a friend in India.
She is engaged and her fiancee lives in the US. He is there on a
pritical Stay. They wanna get married, and now he told her that he got
a passport (4Page passport) but he can´t travel to India. Anywhere
else he can.
Does anybody know what that means?
And even if they get married somewhere else, can he apply for
sponsoring her and if yes how long does it take.
I know it is a weird question, but plz give me serious answers. Thank
you

I have no idea what that means. I don't think the word 'pritical'
exists in English. Before anyone can give a useful answer, they
need to know his citizenship and status in the USA.

I've not the slightest idea. Post again giving details of his
citizenship and immigration status within the USA, and someone
should be able to help. Why can't he travel to India?

I assume you mean she wants to go to the USA? That depends
entirely on his citizenship and status.
> I know it is a weird question, but plz give me serious answers.
Not weird, just incomprehensible.

What the heck is a "pritical" stay? That's not even a word...

Never heard of a 4-page passport.

Unless you provide better info, it is impossible to say....

If he has sought asylum from India, then that explains why he can't go back
to India.
