6th June 2013...First I-130 Filed with Chicago
27th August 2013...Advised by USCIS to refile with London DCF
28th August 2013...Mailed I-130 to London
30th August 2013...I-130 Received by London
13th September 2013...I-130 Approved
22nd October 2013...'Packet 3' with case number sent...but never received
29th October 2013...Used online contact form to enquire about case number
1st November 2013...Email received with case number
5th November 2013...Medical
18th November 2013...Interview letter received
16th December 2013...Interview - Approved!
17th December 2013...CEAC Status from 'Ready' to 'Administrative Processing'
23rd December 2013...CEAC Status from 'Administrative Processing' to 'Ready'
30th December 2013...CEAC Status from 'Ready' to 'Administrative Processing'
30th December 2013...CEAC Statues from 'Administrative Processing' to 'Issued'
2nd January 2014...Received courier email at about 6:30pm
2nd January 2014...at 7pm courier system reported ready to collect from DX Chancery Lane next morning
3rd January 2014...Collected Passport and Packet at 8am
3rd January 2014...Went straight to Heathrow Airport to fly standby. POE Atlanta at some point in the next 36 hours!
4th January 2014...Planning to have a belated Christmas Day with my family.

21st October 2013: I-130 filed by London
12th November 2013: I-130 approved
19th November 2013: Case transferred to IVU
2nd December 2013: DS-260 submitted
13th December 2013: Medical and HK Police Certificate application (which they will mail directly to the embassy -- hopefully by the end of January)
2nd January 2014: Notification of Applicant Readiness submitted

And now we wait for an interview date. Unfortunately my visa expires next week so I'm headed back to the States on the 8th :(

10th Jan 2014....Received NOA1 email dated 9th Jan, stating 30 - 45 days for processing.

10 Dec 13 - received confirmation of i-130 approval from USCIS via contact form
13 Dec 13 - NOA2 letter received in the post. :starsmile: along with receipt for payment
04 Jan 14 - Letter from US Embassy with case number arrived in the post
09 Jan 14 - submitted DS-260 online form & notification of readiness
10 Jan 14 - Scheduled medical for 17 January

17th December: Posted I-130 by special delivery

Present: No response at all. I emailed the embassy on Friday to ask what was happening, so waiting to hear. Any advice/ideas gratefully received!

10 Dec 13 - received confirmation of i-130 approval from USCIS via contact form
13 Dec 13 - NOA2 letter received in the post. along with receipt for payment

21st January 2014: Interview in London. His HK Police Cert hadn't arrived yet so they put his case on "Administrative Processing" until they receive it. Everything else went smoothly, though! :D

Aug 8: I-130 filed and email received
Aug 20: Received Police Certificate.
Aug 30: I-130 petition approved..NOA1 letter received.
Sep 12: Case number received by mail (dated Sep 10)
Sep 12: Medical booked
Sep 13: Sent online DS-260 application. Mailed DS-2001 to London Embassy.
Sep 16: Medical.
Sep 17: CEAC update today (possibly forms being logged)
Sep 19: Medical results logged at Embassy (with corresponding CEAC update)
(CEAC updated at least 12 times between Sep 20 and Nov 1)
Nov 4: Called DOS - Interview scheduled for Nov 26th. Finally!
Nov 26: IR1 Visa Approved! In and out in 2 hours.
Nov 27: CEAC update to 'Administrative Processing'
Nov 29: CEAC update to 'Issued' (very impressed considering yesterday was Thanksgiving!)
Dec 4: Passport/package collected at 8am from DX Location. Paid $165 USCIS fee online, booked flight, will be home in Boston by 10pm tonight, finger crossed!
Dec 4: POE Boston. Easy. 15 minutes in secondary.
Dec 20: SSN arrived by mail.
Jan 30: Green Card arrived by mail.
