Waiting impatiently for interview date as will be flying out immediately the day after we receive the visa

Update:

16th July - mailed I-130 to london
18th July - received email r.e. receipt of I130/filing date
24th Aug - RFE (well we found out about it then, not sure when the MIL got it in Chicago)
3rd Sep - sent affidavits/co-mingiling etc back
4th Sep - delivered to embassy....now im waiting impatiently to hear back.
13th Sep - I130 approved, dated 11th

Which as my birthday was the 12th, was a nice early/late (depending on how you look at it) present.

For our RFE we sent my wifes affidavit, 3 affidavits (my dad, wifes mum, personal friend/ex house mate to us both) - we only had our tenancy agreement, deposit certificate and council tax receipts in both our names, but needless to say that sufficed

Now hopefully ill get my case number in the next few weeks!

17th September - mailing DS2001, DS230-I

July 28- Received approval of I-130 (we were away so not sure if they tried to deliver a few times- husband didn't put enough postage on the envelope!)
August 2- Received case number
August 10- Booked medical
August 13- Sent DS Forms
August 14- Date of medical
September 3- Started calling the misinformation line constantly to get updates on case as we have jobs in US to get to (hubby is not going to like the phone bill) Called again on the 7th, 11th, and 14th
September 17- Found out interview date
October 2- Hubby's interview! Just 2 days before my 30th birthday as well. I'm hoping for the best birthday present ever!

10th August 2012 - Case number received. Letter dated 7th August.

08/04/12 I-130 RFE - Affidavit from USC, 3 affidavit from friends, bona fides of marriage , copy of commingling assets.
08/16/12 RFE information sent.
08/21/12 I-130 approved, letter received today.
09/07/12 Received case number
10/30/12 Medical .... Not planning to move until the end of February 2013
09/21/12 Mailed DS-230 I + II, DS-2001 and cover letter.

7/27 Sent in DS-2001 and cover letter asking for interview in September or November as husband cannot take off of work month of October. Put our travel dates as a range between Dec 17-Feb 7th. Not sure if that will screw things up in terms of giving them such a wide range but so be it. Letter is in the post!
8/8 Medical Exam
8/29 Sent email asking for an earlier interview date (not received yet) as my husband has been offered a job in PA that starts Dec 10th
8/31 Received email from embassy with interview date and told that letter was mailed on 8/29 and should be received soon
9/13 - Interview date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!
9/13 Received 221g for additional information regarding husband's departure from USA
9/18 DX Courier picked up additional info
9/20 Package delivered to embassy
9/25 Received text from courier package was on its way back to us
9/26 Package received at 8am and VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now we just need to wait for the passport to be back but we're hoping to complete house sale next Friday and move next Sunday. So hurry up passport!
