I have my AOS interview on Dec. 6th, but have been married for only 8
months. So... when I leave the US on a holiday (after the interview) and
come back... which line will I have to go through at the POE? I remember
that in the Miami airport they have 10 lines that take forever for Visitors
to the US. On the right there's a few lines for US citizens. What line
would I fall under? I will only have my temporary permanent residence.

When I traveled on advance parole (about 6 months after getting
married), I used the US citizens line.
I was a little nervous about how this AP thing works, so I wanted to
have my husband next to me.
They processed me without any comment regarding the line I chose.
They did, however send me to another room for "secondary inspection".
That sounded scarry. But it turned out it wasn't. I went to that other
room, and they just stamped my password with a different stamp
"paroled" instead of "admitted".
Oh... I just re-read your question, and I see that you'll be traveling
AFTER the interview. At that point there's no problem. At the
interview they will stamp your password, and that stamp is your "green
card" until you get a plastic card in the mail. You can travel with
that stamp without any problem.
Good luck!

Your husband could accompany you to the non citizen line.
