London K-1 and K-2 interview. Will I need legal documentary evidence stating
'permision granted for my children to migrate' from the fathers of my illegitamate
children? Or perhaps a signed letter from the fathers giving permision? Or doesn't
this apply to illigitamate children? Neither father has, or wants to apply for
perental rights.

I have a sole custody court order for one of my chidren. It was granted as a matter
of course when her fathers access rights were granted. He has had no contact with our
daughter for about 11 yrs, his choice. Is it advisable to have the access rights
revoked for the pupose of immigration? Because I don't actually have any legal proof
that he has had no contact with her, only mine and my daughters word.

Thoughts on this please? .... ntepy

If you have sole custody of the children and the one court paper you have does not say that you cannot leave the district you are living in without informing him, etc. then there should not be a problem with just going the K-2 route without a notarized letter from him. If neither father is paying child support now, again that is in your favor.

They did ask about this at the London interview. You may want to consult your lawyer.
If the other "biological progenitor" does, in fact, have no say in the matter, it may
good to have a letter stating so.
