Default If you are about to apply for a visa

If you're about to apply for a US visa, read Chapter 2 of the Nationality and
Immigration Act which governs the selection system. Section 212 deals with which
applications will be refused. It is long, but really useful because at least you'll
have a good idea where you stand:

This is the law which the Consular officer will refer to when reviewing your case.
