We are abandoning our I-485 petition because I have to do some time in
Federal Prison. We got married in Las Vegas a year ago and she is back in
the Philippines now. When I get out and try to petition her on a relative
immigrant Visa, are they going to turn it down because I have a federal
record? Thanks
