Default if 130 withdrawn by petitioner, is k3 still valid?

my friend's marriage with her usc husband doesnt work out. and the usc has already withdrawn the 130 last november. then my friend who was on k3 went back to her home country and successfully entered usa with her k3 this january and stayed in usa for a month or so. now she is trying to get a divorce in her home country and planning to enter usa again before the divorce is finalized. is it legal?? will she be turned down at the poe?
according to the LIFE, k3 will be terminated if the 130 petition is denied by cis or if the divorce is finalized. but how about the 130 is withdrawn by the petitioner?
please share your opinions. thank you!

Tell your friend to get a lawyer. Other than that, my opinion doesn't mean much.

My advice is to hire an experienced attorney.
Good Luck!
