Default i864 and Joint Assets?

I have my IR-1 interview on June 1st, and I'm struggling with the i864. We will be using assets, as my wife (USC) doesn't work here and won't be working in the US. We have sufficient equity in our house, and it is sold subject to contract (but certainly won't complete prior to the interview). I'm not sure how I put down the assets. All in her name, or joint, split 50/50 between us? Any thoughts?

All in her name. Because you are married, the assets are considered joint, meaning either one of you can claim 100% of the assets.

But YOU don't complete the I-864 anyway. Your USC wife does.

Thank you, that's what I thought.
