I864 / I864W
Hi I am looking towards next steps and filling out the I864 ready . We all live in the UK at this time I am a Dual citizen I am sponsoring my husband and 2 children age 12 and 15. As I can’t pass my citizenship to my children I have sent 3x I130 off to London office I then need to file an I864 for my husband and I864W each for my children I have savings to cover the assets side to sponsor them all ie over $100k question I have is do I include the children’s names on my husbands I864 as other family members or not as they are on I864W ? It also asks my country of Domicile I will be putting UK but am I ok still sponsoring them as I am moving with them ? I read I will need to show that I will be cutting ties with UK and moving with them I can show land purchase in US , School requests any other thinks London US embassy like to see ? Thank you for all your help |

Answer all questions honestly. If the form asks for children's names, list them.
Yes, your country of domicile is the UK and that is fine. The items you listed can be shown as intent to domicile in the USA, if the interviewing officer asks to see anything. You said you "need to file" the I-864, but you realize it isn't filed anywhere? If you are doing DCF, the I-864 and I-964W forms get taken to the in person interview. Rene |

Thanks Noorah ok so they take it with them on interview date :) Wow there is just so much paperwork and information especially cause I’m doing 3 of them thank you for any assistance |
