I751 status of application question

I751 status of application question
I mailed my I751 application last May 2004 and received a receipt from
Texas Service center with a receipt number. I tried to check the
status of my application via online and phone and was surprised to
find out that the receipt number cant be found. They are processing
date October 2003, is it possible that they havent inputed my receipt
number yet because of that? Anyone know what i should do if its not
the case. Anyone has the same experience? How long will it take for
I751 in tsc to be process?

For whatever reason, I-751's don't show up on the "case status" web page or
phone system. Here is Matt's web site
http://members.aol.com/MDUdall/sctimes.htm , I used it to track progress of
our I-751 and it was right on.

My receipt date is Jan 2004. Still waitting and as afr as I know I will
wait few more months. As of checking the status .... I think I-751 is
one of few cases that you can not check status either online or by
phone. Just be patient and wait. I will post info about my application
as soon as I have any updates.

the receipt doesnt usually show up on search.

year. Of course, times vary widely so one application could take 4
months and another 2 years and no one really knows why since there are
so many variables

My I-751 at TSC is taking more than a year. My NOA date is early October 2003 and I have not hear a peep from them.
So if you just sent in yours, please find something else to ocupy yourself because it will very likely take VERY LONG!!

Hmmm...we filed in mid-December 2003 (NOA date January 2004) and got our approval w/o interview letter about 2 weeks ago. I really wasn't expecting anything until after the new year, so I was surprised. I hope you hear from them soon!
